Using SayGM in the tools you already run

SayGM exposes OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini compatible endpoints. Any tool that accepts a custom base URL can use it. Each note lists the exact fields to change.

CursorCursor accepts a custom OpenAI-compatible base URL. Point it at SayGM and model requests go through the SayGM gateway instead of the default provider.EditorOpenAI-compatible5
ClineCline is an autonomous coding agent for VS Code. It supports OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic providers, both of which SayGM exposes natively.Coding agentAnthropic or OpenAI-compatible5
Claude CodeClaude Code talks the Anthropic API. SayGM exposes that API natively, so the CLI works unchanged. Only two environment variables change.CLIAnthropic4
Vercel AI SDKThe Vercel AI SDK can override the base URL on any provider. Point it at SayGM to reach Claude, GPT, Gemini and open-weight models with one key.SDKOpenAI or Anthropic3
OpenAI SDKSayGM accepts OpenAI-format requests. Existing code, prompts and response parsing stay the same.SDKOpenAI-compatible3
Anthropic SDKSome gateways convert every model to an OpenAI-shaped API. SayGM passes the Anthropic API through unchanged.SDKAnthropic3

§ 02

The pattern behind every note

Model IDs drop the vendor prefix, for example claude-sonnet-5 instead of anthropic/claude-sonnet-5. Exact endpoint URLs are in the SayGM docs after sign-up.
